Lodging Features: This partial ocean view home has wonderful architectural features and is beautifully appointed. It is located just one row back from the ocean making it a very quick and convenient stroll to the beautiful beach. The gourmet kitchen, spacious great room and downstairs poolside den with wet bar and refrigerator create a perfect setting for your vacation get-together. Outside, enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool (unable to be heated) or relax out of the sun under the free standing veranda.

Downstairs you will find find the first bedroom with a king bed and flat screen television. Joined by a jack and jill bathroom is bedroom two with two twins that also has a flat screen television. The poolside living area on this level features a bar area to entertain as well as a flat screen television and two twin sleeper sofas. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed, private balcony access, and large private bathroom with a walk in shower and garden tub. Bedroom four has a queen bed, private bath and flat screen television. The final bedroom upstairs has two twins, private bathroom, and flat screen television as well.

The extended balcony offers partial ocean views. Sit out there and relax in the chaise lounges or bench and chair seating. There is also outdoor table for dining on cool evenings. The two living areas and washer and dryer on both levels of the home make this spacious home an ideal choice for your next vacation home!
