The pool area includes patio furniture, a gas BBQ grill and a nearby screened gazebo, ideal for outdoor dinners and entertaining large groups. In addition, the home is handicap accessible, non-smoking and provides the convenience of private driveway parking. With easy bike path access, the family can head down to South Beach Marina for shopping, dining and water activities or simply walk steps to secluded beachfront.
