Villa Features: Windsor Place 303 offers views of the ocean and pool, located in the Palmetto Dunes community on Hilton Head Island. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa features an updated kitchen, a large master bedroom and an office.
The large living room has a flat-screen TV and access to a balcony and office area. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, an island and all stainless steel appliances, while a dining area provides seating for 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a full laundry room, a sleeper sofa and a complex pool.
The master bedroom has king-sized bedding and access to the balcony with a partial ocean view, while the master bathroom features his-and-hers granite vanities, a rain shower and a claw-foot tub. Bedroom two also has king-sized bedding and access to the balcony. Bedroom three has double twin-sized bedding, and bedroom four has queen-sized bedding. Each bedroom offers a private full bathroom.
Windsor Place 303 is located in Palmetto Dunes, where guests can canoe and kayak through an intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and entertainment. The community features miles of white-sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and guest tennis and fitness centers. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, and weekly waterfront fireworks displays.
