This spacious villa offers two living rooms with fireplace and large flat-screen TVs. An entertainment room features leather sofas, flat-screen TV, pool table, ping pong table and wet bar. The gourmet kitchen dons stainless steel appliances, a conventional oven and granite countertops. The formal dining room seats 12 and a second dining area has an attached screened in-porch. Additional amenities include a wet bar with wine fridge and ice machine. This home also offers complimentary daily tennis at The Sea Pines Racquet Club.

The first master bedroom offers queen-sized bedding with a built in desk while the second master bedroom offers king-sized bedding with tray ceilings, a sitting area and access to wrap around porch.
