These condos are smaller 550 square foot efficiency properties that are steps away from the ocean. This particular condo is located on the second floor which is accessed by stairs only.
The living room has a large flat-screen TV, wood flooring and access to a patio with a seating area and view of the sound and pool. A hallway bunk provides extra sleeping space for a small child, and an updated kitchen features granite countertops, stovetop only, an eat-in bar and updated appliances.
The master bedroom has queen-sized bedding, a large flat-screen TV and wood flooring, while a private master bathroom features granite countertops and a laundry area. Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa, wireless Internet and a complex pool.
Breakers 230 is located in Forest Beach, one of the original Hilton Head beach communities. It offers the ideal location for families, with beaches, shopping and dining located within convenient walking distance from most homes and villas. The newly renovated Coligny Beach Park area provides benches, swings, a fountain, restrooms and changing rooms for beachgoers, and the wide stretches of white-sand beach are ideal for a day by the ocean. For the active vacationer, guests of Forest Beach enjoy outdoor beach volleyball courts and easy access to miles of bike trails.
