Villa Features: Breakers 119 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa located in the community of Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island. These condos are smaller 550 square foot efficiency properties that are steps away from the ocean. This particular condo is located on the first floor, which elevated and accessed by stairs only - no elevator.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and access to a patio with a seating area and view of the complex pool and sound. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, four range top (no oven) and an eat-in bar that seats 2.

The master bedroom has queen-sized bedding and an adjacent full bathroom. There is also a television in the bedroom for your enjoyment - no cable access, works for DVDs only. Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa, a laundry area and a complex pool.

Breakers 119 is located in Forest Beach, one of the original Hilton Head beach communities. It offers the ideal location for families, with beaches, shopping and dining located within convenient walking distance from most homes and villas. The newly renovated Coligny Beach Park area provides benches, swings, a fountain, restrooms and changing rooms for beachgoers, and the wide stretches of white-sand beach are ideal for a day by the ocean. For the active vacationer, guests of Forest Beach enjoy outdoor beach volleyball courts and easy access to miles of bike trails.
