Villa Features: Villamare 3520 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located in the Palmetto Dunes community on Hilton Head Island.
The living room has access to a balcony with a seating area and views of the courtyard and ocean, while the kitchen features an eat-in bar and a dining area that seats 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a sofa sleeper and a complex pool.
The master bedroom has king-sized bedding, access to the balcony with a seating area, and an open bathroom concept featuring a garden tub and stand-alone shower. Bedroom two has double full-sized bedding, access to a private balcony with a courtyard view and seating area and a private full bath.
The Villamare Complex stretches along a beautiful section of beach and provides amenities such as: a large ocean-side outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool, an exercise facility and a sauna. The new state-of-the-art fitness facility features the latest in cardio equipment, free weights and technology. Each treadmill, bike and elliptical has an individual TV mounted to it for easy viewing. The oceanfront outdoor pool is heated in the spring and fall, allowing for four additional months to enjoy the facilities.
Villamare 3520 is located in Palmetto Dunes, where guests can canoe and kayak through an intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and entertainment. The community features miles of white-sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and guest tennis and fitness centers. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, and weekly waterfront fireworks displays.
