The living room has access to a private balcony with a seating area and a view of the community, while an eat-in kitchen provides seating for 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a sofa sleeper and a complex pool.

The master bedroom has king-sized bedding, access to the balcony, and an open bathroom concept that features a garden tub and stand-alone shower. Bedroom two has double full-sized bedding and access to a private balcony. Bedroom two also has a full-sized private bathroom.

The Villamare Complex stretches along a beautiful section of beach and provides amenities such as: a large ocean-side outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool, an exercise facility and a sauna. The new state-of-the-art fitness facility features the latest in cardio equipment, free weights and technology. Each treadmill, bike and elliptical has an individual TV mounted to it for easy viewing. The oceanfront outdoor pool is heated in the spring and fall, allowing for four additional months to enjoy the facilities.
