Villa Features: Beachwalk 169 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located in the community of Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island.

The living room has a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player and access to a large patio with a seating area overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a seating area with seating for 2, and a dining area that provides additional seating for 6. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a sofa sleeper and a complex pool.

The master bedroom has king-sized bedding and a seating area, while bedroom two has two twin-sized bedding. Each bedroom features a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a private full bathroom.

Beachwalk 169 is located on an 800-acre gated resort community called Shipyard Plantation. Surrounded by trees draped in Spanish moss, numerous lagoons and varieties of semi-tropical birds and wildlife, the resort area has a private beach club, 27 holes of golf, a tennis club and twelve miles of bike paths throughout the plantation.
