The 4-bedroom, 4-bath home features a private boardwalk to the beach, an ocean view and a private pool and hot tub (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - please call office for details and to confirm).
The living room features a stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and grant access to a large deck and pool area. The large gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island, while a dining area provides seating for 6. A loft area has a sleeper sofa and seating area. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a full laundry room, an outdoor built-in grilling area and two large decks overlooking the ocean.
The master bedroom offers king-sized bedding and access to a balcony overlooking the ocean, while the master bathroom features a double-sink vanity and a jetted garden tub. Bedroom two also has king-sized bedding and bedroom three has queen-sized bedding, while both bedrooms grant access to the balcony and offer a private full bathroom.
