Lodging Features: This beautiful 2nd row home features more than 4,000 square feet of luxury living space and will accommodate a group of 12. Nicely furnished, this spacious home is within walking distance of the beach and is located near the Sea Pines South Beach Marina.
The first floor living room features a big screen TV, full stereo complement, a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and dining table for eight. This area is perfect for movies with the whole group, or a private screening. Just off the living room there are three bedrooms and a laundry room. The first floor master offers a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and each offer a full bath.
The second level has a very open feel. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all one great room, ideal for having the whole group together. The dining table seats eight, and an additional table that seats four is just off the kitchen. The kitchen, with granite counters, is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, an island cook-top, and double oven. The upstairs living room features a gas fireplace, TV and doors leading to a grand deck with a table for six, additional seating, and a gas grill.
A second master suite is located upstairs with a king bed, gas fireplace and large private bath with Jacuzzi tub. Additionally, a fifth bedroom is located on the the top floor with a queen bed and private bath.
Additional features include a large back yard with private pool and spa (heated seasonally for a fee), along with an outdoor grilling and dining area. This fantastic home is well appointed with and will be perfect for your Hilton Head Island vacation.
