Situated near South Beach in Sea Pines, this home has five bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths plus a 2-car garage. The main living area is on the 2nd floor, featuring a great cook's kitchen, a large dining area, a comfortable living room and a relaxing screened-in porch. In addition to the three bedrooms on the 1st floor, you can enjoy a favorite movie in the entertainment room, on the 55" flat screen TV, equipped with a Blu-Ray DVD player. The home has great character, with its custom wood doors from Mexico, the reclaimed wide plank and wonderful coffered ceilings. To top it all off, enjoy the privacy of your own pool and having the beach just steps away at the end of your private boardwalk. Pool and spa are able to be heated seasonally only for a fee - must call office in advance to confirm - does not heat if temperatures drop below 55 degrees.
