A new large screen TV and Blue Ray player have just been added for your pleasure. The entire villa has been recently painted and renters have complimentary access to Netflix.
The complex offers a swimming pool (and a children's pool) and three golf courses. The Island also feature many other golf courses, making it the perfect getaway for a golf vacation anytime of the year. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa is just a quick walk from the beach - less than 0.2 miles. Bring your canoe or kayak to your private dock (or rent one), and explore the inland waters of Palmetto Dunes.
