Lodging Features:The newly renovated Sand Hill Crane 16 is located only three rows from the beach. Not only is this 4-bedoom, 3.5 bath a pet-friendly property, it also includes amenities such as a private pool (heating available - fees/restrictions apply - please call office for details and to confirm), a large lounging deck and a gourmet kitchen.

The living room features a wet bar including a wine fridge, and access to a sun room. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a flat-screen TV. A formal dining room offers seating for 8 and has access to a large deck leading to the pool. Additional amenities include free wireless Internet and a new gas grill.

The master bedroom features king-sized bedding and a private screened-in porch. The private master bathroom has granite double-sink vanities and a tiled stand-alone shower. Bedroom two has queen-sized bedding, and bedroom three has double twin-sized bedding. Bedroom four has both double-twin bedding and a queen sized-bedding. Bedrooms two and three share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while bedroom four has a private full bath.
