The large living room, dining area and kitchen include wood floors throughout for an updated feel, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows to let in plenty of warm sunshine. The living room is accented with a large L-shaped couch, gas fireplace with stone hearth and Large flat screen TV/VCR/DVD combo. The dining table can accommodate up to 10 comfortably, with additional breakfast bar seating, or dine outdoors on the deck with wrought-iron patio furniture and gas grill. The home offers an immense pool area, perfect for relaxing on a summer day, as well as access to free tennis for all guests.
