Lodging Features: This three-story home is open and bright, has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood this home has a gorgeous natural setting and features a large sundeck with expansive marsh views, perfect for sun bathing or bird watching. There is an open kitchen, wet bar, living, dining area all located on the first level. There is a sun room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Spanish moss covered live oak trees. The sun room also features a twin daybed. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo for your enjoyment. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a laundry room adjacent to it. The dining room has seating for six and the kitchen bar has seating for three. The second level has a bedroom with three twin beds, great for the kids. The queen bedroom is also located on the second level with a desk that overlook the marsh. Both the twin and queen bedroom share the hallway bath. The master bedroom is located on the 3rd level complete with the luxury of a full master bath with two separate entry points, "his and her bathrooms", and a view of the marsh. The master bedroom also has a separate seating area with two large wicker chairs and a large desk for the business conscious vacationer. Enjoy all the comforts and relaxation this home has to offer, as well as a convenient walk or bike ride to the beach at Tower Beach, or to shopping, dining and water sports activities at South Beach Marina.
Sea Pines Features: The largest and best known of the Island's vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of Verizon Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head's iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
