Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 313! This new 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just a short walk from the beach with an outdoor community pool.



Step inside from the covered front porch and you are greeted by warm wood floors and traditional furnishings in the living area with seating for four plus a dining table with seating for four and a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. A full bathroom with shower, laundry with washer and dryer and access to the enclosed backyard with patio is also located on the first level.



The kitchen features black on black appliances, additional seating for two at the counter and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.



Two bedrooms are on the second level. Bedroom one has a queen bed with TV and DVD payer and bedroom two has a double bed with single overhead bunk and single trundle underneath. The second level also includes a shared bath with tub/shower combo.



Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South; just minutes to all Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping and dining.
