Resort Features: ResortQuest is proud to present 7545 Sterling Drive, a spacious private home located in the exclusive Silver Lake area of Deer Valley. Surrounded by mature aspens and pine trees, this spectacular home offers views from every window. It is located just a short quarter mile from Silver Lake Village and Deer Valley Resort's mid-mountain Silver Lake Lodge. This home is unique in that it provides an attached, yet separate, 1-bedroom plus master loft apartment. A car is recommended, but it is just a short walk to Royal Street to access the free citywide shuttle system.



Lodging Features: This 5-bedroom plus loft/6-full bath, 2 half bath home consists of two incredible adjoined units, with one bedroom plus a master loft in the mother-in-law apartment, and four bedrooms in the main side of the home. The entire home is spread out over nearly 5,000 square feet and three levels. The eight bathrooms include six full bathrooms with tub and shower, and two half baths.



The main side of the home boasts a great room with wood burning fireplace, pool table and spacious open kitchen, as well as four bedrooms and a game loft. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, and queen/twin bunk bed in the fourth bedroom. The apartment side of the home includes one separate bedroom with a queen bed plus a luxury sleeping loft with a king bed, and is complete with its own living room, kitchen and master bathroom. The home also offers a sauna, private outdoor hot tub and expansive outdoor decks. With two separate living areas, this home is ideal for two families. The game loft comes complete with a foosball table and jukebox.
