Resort Features: ResortQuest is proud to present 2940 Telemark Drive, a spectacular private home located in the Solamere subdivision of lower Deer Valley. Nestled in a residential neighborhood, it is 1.5 miles from Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Lodge and two miles from Park City's historic Main Street. A car is required.



Lodging Features: Offering commanding mountain and ski run views, this 5-bedroom/6.5-bath family retreat sleeps up to 15 people. Decorated with old world rustic design, the main floor offers a comfortable open plan living room with a large stone fireplace and an inviting entertainment area with leather sectional sofa and flat screen TV. The dining area table extends to seat 12 people, and the bar counter seats an additional five people. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, with Wolf appliances and amenities, will keep any chef happy in the kitchen. A loft/game room features a pool table, foosball table and game table set. For viewing your favorite movie, wander down to the lower level to enjoy the state of the art media room with 60-inch screen.



The spacious upstairs master bedroom suite boasts a gas fireplace, king size bed, TV and a cozy sitting area, as well as a expansive master bath with dual sinks, oversized shower, jetted tub, fireplace and dressing room. The three bedrooms on the second level all have bedding to match the warm mountain decor and three adjacent bathrooms are new, with beautiful tile designs, European showers and designer lighting. The bunk room, one level down, with its private bathroom, sleeps six. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, two twins in the fourth bedroom, two sets of queen/twin bunk beds in the fifth bedroom, and twin sofa sleeper in the living room. For your living comfort there is a central humidifier and water softener. Outside on the deck is the private hot tub, as well as a gas grill on an adjacent deck. A mud room off the garage provides the perfect spot to take of snowy boots and stash coats and outdoor gear. This home is the ideal Deer Valley mountain retreat.
