Resort Features: ResortQuest is proud to present Parkside townhomes, which are conveniently located on Park Avenue, three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort, six blocks from Main Street, and directly on the free shuttle route. Adjacent to City Park, these units provide easy access to the bike path, group pavilions, children's parks, tennis and basketball courts, skate park, playing fields, and meeting rooms. Built in 2004, these units feature custom tile work and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, as well as upscale furnishings throughout.



Lodging Features: This 4-bedroom/3.5-bath townhome features a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, dining area and living room with fireplace and slate floors. All four bedrooms are upstairs, and include two master suites with private baths. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, queen in the fourth bedroom, and two queen sofa sleepers in the living room. Relax at the end of the day in the private outdoor hot tub.
