Resort Features: ResortQuest is proud to present Powder Pointe condominiums, which are ideally located across from Park City Mountain Resort's lower parking lot, a short walk to First Time and Three King lifts. Supermarkets, movie theaters, and sport shops, as well as Starbucks and 7-11, are within a few blocks' walk, and historic Main Street is a couple of minutes away on the free shuttle. The 17th tee box at Park City Municipal Golf Course is directly across the street from Powder Pointe. A stop for the free citywide shuttle route is just steps from the complex. Each floor is accessed by short flights of covered stairs. Shared amenities for the complex include an outdoor hot tub and laundry room.



Lodging Features: This 1-bedroom/1-bath condo was completely upgraded for the 2009 ski season, and features a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, dining area and living room with wood fireplace. The living room and bedroom each have a flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as a DVR in the living room and wireless internet access. Bedding includes a queen in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
