It offers an ideal location, a mile from Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Lodge, a half mile from Park City's historic Main Street, and just a short walk from Deer Valley Drive and the free citywide shuttle route.



Lodging Features: This 6-bedroom/6.5-bath custom-designed home is interesting in every way, with unique mining accents on the exterior, huge beams, rustic wall accents and designer accents throughout. The home is spread out over three levels, including a separate mother-in-law apartment with two bedrooms (queen and two twins), living room and large wet bar on the ground level.



The main level offers a gourmet kitchen, fireplace in the great room, pool table, and dining area. Two bedrooms are located on this level. The third level features the master bedroom with fireplace and spacious master bathroom. One additional bedroom is located on this level, as well as a game area with shuffleboard and a TV. This home is ideal for entertaining everyone in the group with two living rooms, pool table, foosball and shuffleboard tables, outdoor horseshoe pit, as well as 9 TVs and seven DVD players. Bedding includes a king in the master bedroom, king in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, two twins in the fourth bedroom, twin bunk bed in the fifth bedroom, queen in the sixth bedroom, and two sofa sleepers in the living room. Wireless internet access and air-conditioning for the hot summer months make this the perfect business retreat.
