Resort Features: ResortQuest is proud to present Park Avenue condominiums, which are conveniently located across the street from grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, sports shops and the movie theatre; and just three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort. The free citywide shuttle system has a stop just outside the entrance to Park Avenue. These units surround the Park City Municipal Golf Course, providing year-round enjoyment with three seasons of golf and a cross country ski course in the winter. The complex offers a year-round outdoor pool, common hot tub, and tennis court in the summer.



Lodging Features: This bright and airy 2-bedroom/2.5-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with gas fireplace. It boasts a private hot tub located in an outdoor courtyard off the kitchen, wireless internet access, and recently upgraded furnishings. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom and a queen and a twin in the second bedroom. This unit has great views of the golf course and ski resorts from its back deck, located right on the 18th fairway.
