Vacasa's parking pass details on the post did not match the reality. The post said the pass would be waiting for us in the room but instead we were instructed we actually had to go to the front desk for it. By the time we had the correct information the front desk was closed. We had to leave a note and return to the front desk the following day. Pretty frustrating. Then I got a call that we had complained the dishwasher was broken and a new one was being delivered. We never made that comment. Then the dishwasher was delivered by 2 strangers during our last morning there. It was very uncomfortable. The installers didn't know we were simply vacationers and we received no ETA for their arrival. They simply let themselves in. Vacasa's communication, while constant, was difficult because they're basically a middle man between the owner and the guest so every response had to be "looked into" and delayed. Besides that, the unit is beautiful, the views are beautiful, the tv is good, the furniture is comfortable, the beach and pool access is perfect.

Great location, great property amenities, definitely will stay again

clean,not crowded. The only negative thing was the hot tub jets didn’t work.
