This home, which is modeled after an Italian Villa, offers five bedrooms and four and a half baths spanning 4,300 sq. ft. Two King master bedroom suites are located on the upper (main) level of the home, with the second offering an additional loft space with a full bed. The lower level offers two additional King master bedroom suites and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. Each of the master suites has an attached master bathroom.
This home was thoughtfully designed and built with luxury and relaxation in mind. The 17’ windows in the great room provide expansive and unobstructed views of the 10 Mile Mountain Range and Breckenridge Ski Area. The exposed wooden beams impart a rustic charm that adds to the overall hygge feeling you get from this home.
When you enter the home through the lower level, you are greeted by a large den area on the lower level. The gas fireplace, 75” flat screen QLED TV and sectional sofa offer the perfect to place gather with family and friends. You can access the home’s private hot tub from this level.
The two King bedrooms located on this level offer en suite bathrooms. The West bedroom has a door to walk out onto the patio where you can take in the views and access the hot tub. Also located on this level is a bedroom with two twin beds.
As you ascend the staircase to the main level, your eye is immediately drawn to the 17’ picture windows and breathtaking views of the 10 Mile Mountain Range and Ski Slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Area. The open and spacious floorplan of this main living area is punctuated by 27’ ceilings. It offers ample seating and areas from which you can relax and take in the splendor of the views. The stone gas fireplace anchors this room that opens into the chef’s kitchen and dining area.
The chef’s kitchen is not only an exceptional place from which to host and cook, but it also offers another area for guests to gather. The kitchen is very well-equipped and offers a 6-burner gas stove, 1 griddle, 2 ovens, an oversized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen island (that seats for two), custom cabinetry, granite countertops and mood lighting lend to the luxury and functionality of this space.
