This Tyra townhome offers the best in location and amenities. It is a true ski in / ski out property, with access to a private shuttle to town.
This spacious ski-in/ski-out, 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome will accommodate 11 people. This townhome’s layout spans three levels. The living area, which is located on the middle level, is large and inviting. The large picture windows overlooking 4 O’clock ski run provide ample light for this space. This main level offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather, enjoy the wood fireplace, play games, or watch a movie on the large LCD TV. The living room sofa converts to a queen sofa sleeper for an additional bedding option.
The kitchen is large, newly remodeled, and fully equipped with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table sits six people comfortably, with room for three more at the counter.
On the top level of this residence, you will find a large master suite, attached private master bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk in shower. Just off of the master bedroom is the loft area which offers a queen sleeper sofa.
The lower level offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bunk bed room has a Captains bunk (twin over full) and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second suite offers a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Walk out of the back door to access the Four O’Clock ski run from each of these rooms!
