Serve your guests at the handsome dining table with seating or outside on the private balcony for an alfresco meal with glasses of delicious wine. Later, visit the shared hot tub to soak your tired muscles before falling into a peaceful sleep in the bed.

You'll have slopes waiting like Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for the beginners and Vogue and Headwall North for the more advanced skiers when you head up Steamboat Ski Resort, right across the street. You can fish, bike, and walk along the boardwalk of Rotary Park Board Walk, just one mile west, and you'll have a great hike on Yampa River Core Trail, three miles northwest.

The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.
