This incredible vacation home features a four-bedroom main house along with a two-bedroom guest home, ready for guests in Summer 2019. The Coast is Clear provides a picturesque accommodation for a large family vacation in Carillon Beach. The main house is beautifully-decorated and accommodates up to twelve guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in both guest bedrooms, two sets of ladder access bunk beds, along with two twin-sized sleeper sofas in the upstairs crow’s nest area. The guest home accommodates up to six additional guests, with a double bed in both bedrooms, along with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.
Entering the home, posh furniture accompanied by twin Bentwood rockers harmonize with unique and beautiful hanging candle scones, onyx colored tables and a large wall-mounted flat-screen television with complimentary cable satellite. Dark oak hardwood floors bring warmth and depth. Behind the rockers, L-shaped stairs turn and disappear upstairs. Adjacent to the stairs is a wet bar with a coffee maker, wine cooler and stemware in a glassed cabinet.
Nearby, a large dining room table seats six comfortably and above, an elaborate metal chandelier hangs. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a huge island with seating for four. Milano quartz countertops, a custom tiled backsplash, and professional grade stainless-steel appliances share this space with white custom kitchen cabinets. A window above the stainless-steel sink allows light to permeate the room. This inspiring kitchen will awaken your inner chef.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a dual vanity en-suite and an HD television. The master bedroom also boasts access to its own private balcony, perfect for taking in the stunning scenic views of Lake Carillon. Also located on this floor are two guest rooms with a queen-sized bed in each along with three sets of ladder access bunk beds. Two additional full baths are located on this floor, both boasting a granite countertop single vanity and a gorgeously-tiled walk-in shower.
A crow’s nest with an intimate seating area is located up a small flight of stairs. This home has a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, two balconies, a charcoal grill and a large community outdoor pool. Come and enjoy yourself. The beach is hot, the water is warm and the Coast is Clear.
Downtown Carillon Beach acts as the heart of the community, providing essential goods and services for residents and guests and eliminating dependence on the automobile.
