    "Magnolia House 203 will amaze you with beautiful views of Destin's beautiful sand and waters. This 2nd floor two bedroom, two bathroom, renovated and well appointed condo in the Magnolia House of Destin Pointe sleeps six guests in comfort and ease. Upon entering the condo you will find the lanai area which is a perfect spot to store beach toys and clothing as well as enjoy additional dining accommodations. When you proceed through the lanai and open the second entry door, you will find an updated and complete kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. The kitchen is replete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all cooking utensils needed to prepare your favorite meal. Moving beyond the kitchen you will enter the living room. The open living room consists of the dining area seating six guests and living area. The living area has a wall mounted 55"" flat screen Smart HDTV allowing for enjoyment of Netflix or Amazon Prime movies and also is connected to a Blue Ray DVD player. A couch doubles as a pullout Queen Sofa Sleeper. The living room's floor to ceiling glass doors access the balcony that has seating for four. The master bedroom has a King bed, a flat screen Smart HDTV and a large window with water views of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin’s East Pass. The master bathroom has granite countertops and bathtub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen HDTV and a DVD player. The guest bathroom comes complete with a granite vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. As perfect as this property is on the inside, outside on its balcony is where the condos truly shines. The balcony has dining for four and views of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin’s Jetties and is magical spot for morning coffee sunrises and evening happy hour sunsets. This condo is a short four minute walk to the beach, but a prompt tram service is available (in season), so all you will have to do is call and a golf cart will pick you up and take you to and from the beach. Amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary wireless internet access, and assorted board and card games. This property comes with FREE beach service during season (two beach chairs and one umbrella) and FREE onsite DVD rentals. "

    • No boat, trailer, or RV parking available. | Parking Garage - No assigned parking spaces. | Due to Tropical Storm Nestor, the boardwalk to the beach of the Gulf of Mexico is closed at this time.  Guests are still able to access the beach, however; they will need to walk to the access point located on the Jetties side (at the end of Rosalie Dr.), and then will be able to walk around.  At this time, the HOA has blocked off the boardwalk for repairs and there is currently no ETA for completion at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep guests posted with any updates as we receive them.

      • Please adhere to flag warning codes at the beach for safety from rip currents and/or marine life.
      • Supervise young children around the pools or other areas of the grounds where they could harm themselves.  Children who are not potty trained must wear little swimmers or similar protective undergarments while in the pool.
