This lovely updated unit offers a contemporary elegant retreat with tasteful coastal touches throughout the unit. As you enter this fabulous unit, the master bedroom is to the left offering carpeted floors, a cozy king bed, designer bedding, flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the full bathroom. Proceeding down the hall, you will find two great built-in bunk beds next to the full bathroom offering a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The kitchen offers really nice full-size stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare meals for the family. The living area has nice carpet, a great queen-size sofa sleeper, a dining table for four, and a reclining chair. The access to the balcony is from the living room where you will find a patio set to sit back, relax, and enjoy the gulf waters and the ocean breezes at Sandpiper Cove 9209! Pet-Friendly: An additional pet fee will be added to applicable bookings, and cannot be processed online.

Things to Know
Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

• 2 dogs , weighing 40 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
