This beautiful, third-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom is on the Gulf side with doors leading to the balcony. Other features of this upgraded, exquisitely decorated vacation rental unit include an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, cabinets and fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen also has custom stained glass cabinets with a matching kitchen wall. The entire unit has hardwood floors with the exception of tile in the bathrooms. All three bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, cabinets and decor with marble and stone accents. The master bathroom is upgraded with tiled Jacuzzi tub and a separate, large walk-in shower.
