The view is amazing and the amenities are exceptional and this was the second time to stay here. We will be back.

Great space. Well supplied. Very clean. Entire building was clean and well maintained. Lots of communication from Vacasa.

We’ve stayed in this unit in 2015 before it was renovated. We like the renovations and changes. We’ve stayed at The Islander 4 out of the last 7 years. We’ve been impressed everytime. The beach service amenities was great and Joey, the beach setup attendant was very outgoing and personable. He’s the best we have had in the 10 years we have been coming to Ft Walton Beach. This condo has a very comfortable king size bed. Vacasa kept us informed through their app of anything that could have affected our stay. We were thankful for that. All dishes, silverware and cooking utensils were supplied. The smoothie maker, toaster and full size refrigerator was a pleasant surprise. All in all we loved it and are booking this week for next year. There was one issue. The handles on the refrigerator protrude out a ways from the front when closed. My wife was putting groceries away and hit her head on the freezer handle when raising up and I scraped the back of my hand on it when opening the frig. After those two incidents we didn’t have any issues. Not a deal breaker by any stretch. Just wanted to let those that may be considering this unit to be aware. We highly recommend this unit and Vacasa.
