With three TVs, three DVD players, a VCR, and a CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the wonderful features of The Beach House 202A. You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person). Outdoor activities are endless in Miramar Beach and a comfortable set of furnishings will do wonders for your tired body. Come back home from a fun-filled day to kick back and relax on the sofa with a cold beverage in hand. If you still have some energy saved up, a refreshing splash in the outdoor swimming pool will be ideal.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
