• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024, to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction-type noise between 8:00 am through 5:00 pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, and scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
