Beach House 501A has the feel of Tommy Bahama meets coastal living with plenty of bright sunny color as well as fabulous views from a private furnished balcony. This snowbird-friendly abode has beautiful white cottage style furnishings throughout and ceramic tile floors with carpet in the bedrooms. The spacious kitchen has endless counter space with everything you need to make a mouth-watering family meal. All the bedrooms and living room have televisions and DVD players as well as a CD stereo system for your entertainment. With all of this, you are sure to enjoy all the comforts of home! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddle board with each reservation (per condo - not per person) and access to shared gas grills, a fitness center, tennis court, and outdoor pool.

The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
