This renovated Gulf-front condo is ready to be your home away from home! Professionally decorated, it features all-new everything - kitchen, baths, furniture, fixtures, electronics, and decor. You'll enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a view of the Gulf. An oversized bar seats guests for drinks or meals and the adjacent dining area does as well, also with a view. The Gulf-front bedroom has a large, TV with a Blu-ray player and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a large granite-topped vanity. The second bedroom has a TV with a DVD player. Both bedrooms are bright and cheery with new coastal-themed linens and decor. The living room features new electronics: a TV and Blu-ray player. Watch the waves and TV at the same time. A large balcony off the living room offers a panoramic view of the Gulf and comfortable new furniture to dine, relax, watch the sunset, and see the dolphins play. • Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
