Beach House 604C is a family and snowbird-friendly condo that has a casual contemporary feel with blue and neutral tones and a simply incredible Gulf view from a private sixth-floor balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded with upscale granite countertops and custom tile backsplash, as well as everything you need to make a terrific home-cooked meal. The living area has two couches and a dining table plus bar seating. You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person). If the sandy beach isn't your cup of tea, you can always visit the shared outdoor pool for a refreshing splash with your friends.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October..
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 6.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
