As you enter the living area, you will notice many fine upgraded elements and coastal elegant style, a queen sofa sleeper, coordinating chairs, and access to both the front porch and the side patio area. The kitchen offers full size appliances and everything you need to make meals at home. There is also a convenient half bathroom in the ground floor hall next to a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is plenty of dining seating with a dining table with six chairs and a bench as well as several bar stools at the breakfast bar. You will find the master bedroom on the ground floor with beautifully appointed bedding, a large king bed, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bathroom offers a garden tub and vanity. You will love the private access to the patio along the side of the home from the master bedroom. The second floor offers another king bedroom, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third floor features a queen bedroom, a twin over double bunk with a twin trundle underneath, two twin roll-away beds, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Both the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms have a spacious balcony accessible to each of the bedrooms.
