Welcome to paradise at Tops’l Tides unit 0409. This beachy but modernly-decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to six guests comfortably, perfect for a little getaway. Indulge yourself in the breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from a spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing with a cold beverage and enjoying partial views of the gulf and the surrounding area. This beautiful unit is fully updated with all the bells and whistles. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make that perfect vacation dinner to enjoy on the balcony or in the dining area. The living room features fantastic space with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, an audio system to play music from, and a Queen-size sofa bed. You’ll find a partial Gulf view, partial community view from the sliding glass doors in the living room. Step directly out the doors onto a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or sangria at sunset.

The master suite features a king-sized bed and an attached bath. The bathroom features a large tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom features full over queen bunk beds and a television, and an attached bathroom, which contains a shower-bath combo. This lovely unit also features a washer and dryer combination. Tops’l Tides unit 0409 can easily become your vacation go-to for years to come.

Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort has a lot of onsite activities for you to enjoy, so without ever getting in the car, you can choose from relaxing at the white sandy beach, playing tennis and racquetball, hiking, kayaking, or paddleboarding, all while experiencing the resort’s natural beauty. This resort also offers onsite dining at two different restaurants, the Blue Dunes Grille and Club Tiki. The resort also has a fitness center, an indoor-outdoor pool, a steam room, and a sauna.

Tops’l Tides is located in Miramar Beach, in fairly close proximity to Seaside and 30A. Enjoy the local events and festivals occurring in the area throughout the year or try some watersports and other outdoor activities. For eclectic shopping experiences, Tops’l Tides is located near Grande Boulevard, the Outlet Mall, and the Destin Commons, each featuring an array of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. • The essentials:  To help you get your vacation started, we have provided you with a starter kit with a few essentials like soap, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags.  Any needs, beyond your initial set-up, can be purchased at a nearby convenience store.
• A clean room upon arrival is included with your stay.  Maid service during your stay may be obtained for a fee with 24 hours’ notice.  Check with your rental office for more details.

Safety and Well Being

• Please adhere to flag warning codes at the beach for safety from rip currents and/or marine life.
• Supervise young children around the pools or other areas of the grounds where they could harm themselves.  Children who are not potty trained must wear little swimmers or similar protective undergarments while in the pool.
