The living room opens to a private covered lounging deck perfect for sipping morning coffee, watching bald eagles, ospreys, and herons fly by, or relaxing in the evenings with a cocktail. Rounding out this floor is a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower over the tub.
