    Sanctuary by the Sea 1115 is the perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation, boasting picturesque views of the pool area from the spacious, private balcony. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king-sized bed in one guest bedroom, two full-sized beds in the second guest bedroom and an additional twin-sized bunk bed in the laundry space, unit 11115 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. With ten-foot ceilings, natural travertine stone flooring and elegant décor throughout, this lovely condominium provides a truly “at home” ambiance. Upon entering, you will notice two bedrooms on either side of the hallway. Both bedrooms feature a flat-screen television as well as private access to their own bathroom. The bathroom on the left includes a tub/shower combination and a single vanity, and the bathroom on the right includes a walk-in shower and a single vanity. The additional bedding in the laundry space is easily accessible to the half bathroom located in the hall. Down the hall, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring Viking™ appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen opens into the dining room including a table with seating for eight, and a beautifully decorated living room with a large, HD flat-screen television and DVD player. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.       CR 30A will be closed on Nov 12,2019 at 9:00 am for the construction of a new bridge at Alligator Lake.
      30A will be closed to through traffic from CR 283 to CR 83 for the duration of the bridge construction.
      At this time, we anticipate a construction completion date of late February.
      During the construction activities, vehicular traffic will need to use the detour to US 98 via CR 283 and CR 83.

      Safety and Well Being

      • Please adhere to flag warning codes at the beach for safety from rip currents and/or marine life.
      • Supervise young children around the pools or other areas of the grounds where they could harm themselves.  Children who are not potty trained must wear little swimmers or similar protective undergarments while in the pool.
