There is a two-car underground attached garage and full size washer/ dryer on the ground level. This unit offers air conditioning for the summer months. The homeowner also rents a ski locker at the base of River Run for guest use.
Upstairs there are high ceilings in the great room with gas fireplace and 46-inch flat screen TV/DVD and wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen features hardwood floors, granite counter tops and center island, stainless steel appliances and wine cooler. Off the living is a deck with a BBQ grill and small table with 2 chairs. The dining area table seats 6 comfortably. A half bath is adjacent to the great room.
The master bedroom has a king bed and 32” flat screen TV/DVD. The oversize master bathroom has radiant floor heat, travertine tile and a two-person soaking tub with separate shower. The second bedroom provides two twin beds that can be bridged to make a king upon request, plus a double size sofa sleeper for additional guests, and a 32” flat screen TV/DVD. There is an ensuite bath with a shower only in this bedroom.
