Spacious, well designed layout and nicely decorated. The views from the back porch and upper deck are very nice and perfect for a morning cup of coffee or dinner . Definitely bring insect repellent as the mosquitoes are prevalent, but manageable. The management agent was on top of everything, they called to ask if everything was ok and quickly replaced an empty propane tank and repaired a broken handle on the BBQ grill. The place was very clean when we arrived. My only complaint is that there were a few palmetto bugs but, I'm not sure if anything could be done and it maybe just a fact of life in this area.

This lovely ocean-front home is in the desirable neighborhood setting of Turtle Beach Village. In addition to an inviting and relaxing decor, the home features breath-taking views of the ocean over the Turtle Point Golf Course's fifteenth fairway. This home is a very short walk to the beach. 38 Atlantic Beach Court offers many amenities, including a six-person hot tub, access to a community pool and croquet court, and wireless internet service. In the garage level, there is a ping pong table and an after-beach shower. Guests also enjoy access to a gas grill. FIRST FLOOR: The main living areas feature hardwood floors throughout. The living room includes a wet bar, wood-burning fireplace and TV, DVD player, and VCR, and opens onto the covered porch, which stretches along the entire length of the house. The porch has a hammock and rocking chairs, as well as a table with chairs so that guests can dine al fresco while enjoying the ocean/fairway views. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast nook that seats four. There is a door from the kitchen to the porch. The dining area, which opens onto the kitchen and living area, seats ten. A bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a queen bed and includes a small library of books, as well as its own TV and a full bath with stall shower.
SECOND FLOOR: The master suite is furnished with a king bed and has direct access to the second floor deck, which offers spectacular ocean views extending all the way to the west end of the island. Amenities include a TV with expanded tier cable and an updated private bath with a garden tub and separate shower. A third bedroom furnished with two twin beds shares a full hall bath with the fourth bedroom, which has a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have their own TVs and DVD players. The bedroom with the queen bed has an ocean view and access to the second floor deck. The hot tub and chaise lounges are located on the deck.
