Villa was SUPER clean. Everything you could need including beach chairs and binoculars. Kitchen fully loaded with higher end utensils and appliances. Will definitely book again!! Super pet friendly. Entire island was pet friendly.

1518 Deer Point is a three bedroom townhome set in peaceful surroundings. The villa has plenty of outdoor living spaces including sundecks and a screened porch. The townhome allows 8 guests though there is bedding for 7. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet.
The living area has cathedral ceilings paired and large picture windows featuring plantation shutters and views of the marshland. Living room has a TV and DVD along with bookshelves stocked with board games and puzzles. Sliding glass doors lead out to an open porch from the living/dining area. The dining room is open to the living area and features a white wooden table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen has café seating for two. A screened porch is off the eat-in kitchen and provides additional living space. The deck offers seating for four. Parking for two cars is provided under the villa and an outdoor shower to rinse away the sands from the beach.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and offers a king bed and deck access. A hall bathroom serves master bedroom and has a tub and shower combination.
The second floor has two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second room has a queen bed, a TV, and access to the sun deck with seating overlooking the stunning marsh. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed set with a queen-sized bottom bunk and a twin-sized top bunk.
The community crabbing dock is a short walk away; catch dinner fishing or crabbing. Bring along a kayak or paddleboard, a launch is available so that you can explore the meandering tidal creeks.
Each Deer Point includes free covered parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless internet service requires a login and password. Please contact the front desk about the login information. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
Pet Friendly Cottage - If booking this home online and intending on bring your dog, please write 'PET' into the Special Request line of the booking page. A copy of our Pet Policies will be sent to you, and a charge of $50/per day or $150/week will be added to the rental rate to cover the cost of the pet fee. The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities, a Lake House Amenity Card is required, and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
