This vintage, classic, oceanfront Folly Beach home features a ton of deck space and access to one of the most secluded areas of the beach - good thing there's an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand!

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic, Just Beachy is an older, quirky Folly Beach-style house that does not have all of the bells and whistles of newer constructed homes. However, it's well-equipped with two levels of indoor/outdoor living space to provide a great vacation escape. When you're not down enjoying the surf, get your daily dose of vitamin D out on the ground-level sundeck. Gather all the family chefs into the large kitchen to cook up a five-star bonanza, then dine on the deck overlooking the majestic Gulf. Gather in the spacious living area for a family movie night with popcorn. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the enclosed lower level, featuring a second living area and a game room with a pool table and foosball. (This space is completely enclosed with cinder block and has exposed ductwork, plumbing, etc.; both rooms are shielded from the elements, however, they are technically considered part of the outdoor area.)

Sign up at local rental shops like Sol Surfers Surf Camp, LLC or Shaka Surf School, both a mile or less from your front door, for surfing and paddleboarding lessons at fantastic rates. You're only two miles from Center Street, where you'll find many dining, shops, and bars to explore. Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve is just over two miles away, and for a small donation, you can bike out to the stately Morris Island lighthouse for some of the best views in the area.
