This spacious island getaway is home to five bedrooms, five and a half baths, two living areas and custom kitchen. The chef inspired eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and pristine granite countertops. Located off the kitchen you’ll find the formal dining room with seating for 8. After a delicious dinner, you can make your way to the private patio via the sliding glass doors. The first living room offers ample seating and shares and beautiful open concept dining area. The second living room can be found on the third floor and features a wet bar, wine fridge and cocktail table with seating for 6.

The first master bedroom, located on the first floor offers a king bed, flat screen tv and private bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity and a jetted garden tub. The second master bedroom is located on the third floor, with a king bed, flat screen tv, private bathroom with a double-vanity sink, jetted garden tub and a stand-alone shower.

The second floor is home to bedroom with a full bed, flat screen tv. There is an additional bedroom on this floor offering two twin beds and flat screen tv. Once you make your way to the third floor, you’ll find the 5th bedroom which boasts two queen beds and flat screen tv. Each bedroom features a private full bathroom.

Beach Access Information: Guests often access the beach via the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers restaurants, a beach bar and restroom facilities. The Beach Club is free to use, but not accessible for our guests to park in the lot starting March 23 to Labor Day; you may still access the Club by bicycle or Trolley. An alternative beach parking option is Coligny Beach Park - located outside the back gate of Sea Pines. Coligny has restrooms, changing rooms and a fun splash pad for kids.

Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners.
