This is the second year we have stayed in this house for our family vacation. Although the house is very clean and comfortable it is not very modern. It works fine for us because of the convent location.

Located across the street from the beach, this non-smoking home features partial ocean views and a sunroom. Other features include a fenced yard, a deck, a private, ground floor suite, wireless internet access, and a large, private swimming pool. GROUND FLOOR: The ground-floor suite has two twin beds and a full bath and shower room. Window air conditioner and separate entrance. This room has no central heat, therefore it is not usable during winter months.
SECOND FLOOR: The main living areas, with lovely hardwoods throughout, are located on this floor. The living area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The living area flows into the sunroom, with stairs leading to the pool. The sunroom also offers deck access. The updated kitchen features top-line, stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. The kitchen also has seating at the counter bar. The dining area, open to the kitchen and living area, has a large table that seats ten. The remaining bedrooms are also on this floor. The master suite has a king bed, TV, and updated, modern private bath. The second bedroom has queen bed while the third bedroom has two twins. Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service. - After Hours Check-In Procedures: If a guest does not arrive by closing time, their check-in packet is placed in a lockbox, located just outside our Front Desk office, in the drive-thru lane. The lockbox assignment info is sent to our after-hours call center, and guests can retrieve their info by calling 1-800-877-0837. Guests can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
