Our family of 5 adults stayed in this house recently. We really enjoyed our stay and this house proved a good base. It has a nice open first floor, kitchen opens up to a large great room and a screened porch. Each bedroom having it's bathroom was a nice feature. While we liked the house a few minor issues kept us scoring this a 5. When we arrived there were absolutely no spices or condiments, not even salt and pepper. Also, there was no information book explaining information about the house. Typically we find one of these books that explains how to work the tv ( we figured it out), where to find the pool (we figured it out), and the fireplace (we couldn't figure it out). Also, there are no beach chairs in the house. Still none of these should preclude you from considering this house.

Located in a quiet Wild Dunes neighborhood, this home features hardwood flooring, ceiling fans, lagoon views and a screened porch, as well as free access to the community swimming pool and a short two block walk to the beach. Guests also enjoy wireless internet access. With three bedrooms and three baths, this home accommodates up to six guests. Please note: stays of 4 nights or less will incur an additional charge to cover the cost of the cleaning. Square Feet 2065.
FIRST FLOOR: This comfortable home invites guests in to sit a spell in the spacious living area of this open floor plan, with plenty of comfortable seating and a TV with expanded tier cable and a DVD player. Lots of windows create an airy feel, and sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished screened porch. A dining table with six chairs is a nice place to enjoy dining al fresco, and you can cook up delicious backyard burgers on the gas grill. The porch offers lovely lagoon views, as well as rocking chairs for the ultimate in lazy summer afternoons. Back inside, the dining area seats up to six guests. The island breakfast bar seats three guests, and separates the open kitchen area from the living and dining areas. A bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a full hall bath.
SECOND FLOOR: The second floor master bedroom, located at the head of the stairs, is furnished with a king sleigh bed and has His and Hers closets, a sitting area, TV with expanded tier cable, and a private bath with a whirlpool bathtub, double sinks, and a separate stall shower. An additional bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a private full bath.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. This home does NOT have a Wild Dunes Sports Card. Wild Dunes amenities are limited to golf, dining, community swimming pool and bike trails. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.

- After Hours Check-In Procedures: If a guest does not arrive by closing time, their check-in packet is placed in a lockbox, located just outside our Front Desk office, in the drive-thru lane. The lockbox assignment info is sent to our after-hours call center, and guests can retrieve their info by calling 1-800-877-0837. Guests can drive around the back of the building and pull in to the center lane of the drive-thru to retrieve their check in packet. An 800 number is posted on the lockboxes and on the front door if assistance is needed. There is also a sign on the front door directing guests to the lockbox location.
