What a wonderful place to spend your vacation! This beautiful four bedroom, three and half bath, home features multiple living areas, including a den and sleeping loft, plus great fairway views, and can accommodate eight guests. This is home is just a five minute walk from the beach. Guests in this home have access to a large Weber Genesis S-330 gas grill. A screened-in gazebo is a great place for breakfast, and a private pool (can be heated for a fee, call for details). Guests enjoy unlimited long distance and wireless internet access. FIRST FLOOR: The formal living room has plenty of seating, with two couches and a love seat. A gas fireplace anchors the room between the hardwood floors and coffered ceiling. On the opposite wall are built-in bookshelves, well-stocked with a full selection of reading material. A small table seats four, and is nice for a simple snack or a game of cards. French doors open to the furnished deck, which has a verdant view of the 11th fairway of the Cougar Point golf course. To one side of the living room is a den with bead board walls, timbered ceiling, hardwood floors, and plenty of windows. This sunny room also includes two couches, a flat-screen TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a set of French doors opening to the side deck with an attached screened gazebo. The dining area is adjacent to the den, and has a large square table that seats eight. On the other side of the dining area is the kitchen, which includes a tile-topped island breakfast bar with seating for three, built-in wine rack, and hardwood floors. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, has its own flat-screen TV and includes a full private bath with two vanities, a large stall shower, and a separate water closet.
SECOND FLOOR: At the top of the stairs is a cozy loft den perfect for enjoying movies or reading a book from the small stocked bookshelf. A sleeper sofa provides extra bedding. A door offers access to the second floor deck, which has a small table for four, perfect for an afternoon snack or morning coffee. A bedroom to the left of the stairs is furnished with a king bed, and includes its own TV and a full private bath. Across the den is a second bedroom furnished with a king bed. This bedroom is linked via a Jack-and-Jill bath with a stall shower to the fourth bedroom furnished with two twin beds and sporting its own TV.
Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
