This modern style, 2nd floor villa features free access to the community swimming pool, community crab dock, and picnic area, and is within walking distance to the Village Center and Club Amenity office. Located just outside the Seabrook gate, this complex has its own mechanical security gate, and puts guests within an easy bike ride to the Bohicket Marina with its shopping and dining options, as well as the Lake House, tennis and equestrian centers. Villas are within a short 3-mile drive to the beach. Bike rentals are available for those who would prefer to 'bike to the beach'. This villa includes wireless internet access.
The living area includes a sleeper sofa and a 50 inch TV and DVD player. The adjacent dining area seats 6 guests at the table, and is next to the fully equipped kitchen with such amenities as granite counters. Sliding glass doors offer access from the dining area to the furnished screened porch, which overlooks the marsh and woods. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. With the sleeper sofa in the living room, the villa can accommodate up to six guests.
The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities, a Lake House Amenity Card is required, and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required. Each property is individually owned and therefore each owner may have different levels of access to the Club facilities.
2137 Bay Pointe has 'Full' Club access, which means that rental guests may pick up Amenity Access cards from the Amenity Office at no additional cost. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply.
Each Bay Pointe Villa includes: free parking, screened porch, free access to community swimming pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
